Services We Provide
On-Site Massage
We now offer on-site massage to businesses and organizations. We will staff your facility with a massage therapist who will perform stress-relief chair massages during a specified amount of time. This is an excellant method of stress-relief and motivation as well as employee benefit.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a therapeutic method that stimulates specific points on the body through the use of fine sterile, single-use needles. Acupuncure is a form of meridian therapy, is virtually painless, and can be used to treat a variety of conditions that commonly include pain and spasm. Acupuncture stimulates the body's own natural painkillers, called endorphins. Acupuncture is also thought to balance the energy, known as Chi, within the body, thus bringing about a better state of health. Dr. Kruse is a Cerified Acupuncturist who uses acupuncture for pain control, smoking cessation, and weight loss.
Chiropractic Care
We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are even safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before.
Corrective Exercises
We teach our patients special "blueprint" exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%.

We carry 'Discat Plus', a supplement specifically designed to provide nutrition to the spinal discs and help prevent cartilage damage from osteoarthritis.
Flexion-Distraction
Flexion-Distraction manipulation (also called Cox Decompression Adjusting)is an effective and gentle technique used to treat certain spinal conditions, especially those associated with disc pathology. Lower back disc problems can cause pain and/or numbness in the back, buttocks, hip and leg (Sciatica). Disc problems in the neck often cause pain in the neck, upper back, shoulder, and arm, and may cause numbness in the fingers. These conditions can be treated with Flexion-Distraction to open the disc space thus relieving pressure on the affected nerve.
Foot Orthotics
Correction of flat feet and other conditions of the feet, such as pronation, may help correct back problems. We now have the most advanced digital foot scanner and offer a wide range of custom-fitted foot orthotics

We often find it helpful to "coach" our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most.
Massage Therapy
Therapeutic massage is often an integral part of treatments at our office. Massage increases blood and lymph circulation, which helps to clear metabolic waste, and increases circulation thus delivering oxygen and nutrients to muscles. Massage helps to decrease pain and helps maintain spinal adjustments. Our certified massage therapist also provides relaxation massage and we offer gift certificates.
